Old Vegas–Inspired Casino Night Wedding
Stacia and Carver’s casino night wedding was a full-on celebration of personality, playfulness, and connection. Inspired by Old Vegas glamour with a modern twist, their intimate 70-guest wedding proved that a smaller guest list can still bring major energy.
The showstopper of the night was an oversized lounge installation that transformed the space. Draped in 180 degrees of rich wine-colored fabric and layered with massive palms, fringe details, and vintage Vegas-inspired décor, the lounge became the heart of the celebration. Designed and styled by Adorn Event Company, it invited guests to linger, laugh, and fully settle into the night.
Casino games added a playful edge to the evening, with Willie Fun Events providing classic favorites alongside a pool table that kept the competition friendly and the mood light. Every corner of the space felt intentional, immersive, and—most importantly—fun.
One of the most meaningful parts of the design was how hands-on it was. The bride personally created the florals, photo backdrops, and tablescapes, infusing the space with creativity and heart. The result was layered, moody, and unmistakably them. DIY, yes—but elevated, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. It’s one of the benefits of having a full service wedding venues ready to hop in and assist wherever needed!
From the lounge to the games to the nonstop smiles, this Old Vegas–inspired wedding was pure joy from start to finish. Stacia and Carver’s day felt authentic, youthful, and alive—a reminder that when couples lean into who they are, the celebration naturally follows.
