Price Guide

Room Rental: $1,000

2-4 hour event time
Access beginning 1.5 hours before your scheduled start time
30 minutes of clean up is included

Decor + Design

We can create custom holiday styling based on your budget — from a few festive touches to a fully designed celebration.

$1,000 bar minimum

Choose the setup that works for your group: hosted bar packages, drink tickets or consumption-based service.

FAQs

  • Yes! There is ample, free parking on both sides of the street, any time of the year. There is also a shared lot directly across the street for additional, free parking.

  • Yes. Our list of preferred caterers is there to help you get started. We welcome any insured, full service catering team.

  • The experience is what makes your event so special. Some of our favorites for Denizen are a Magician, Casino Games, and live musicians. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to find the vendors to build an experience you are looking for.

  • We recommend reserving your date as soon as possible. Peak dates are the first 2-3 weeks in December and the middle of January.

  • Yes. Denizen hosts company meetings, team retreats, nonprofit gatherings, client events, workshops, celebrations and other corporate events throughout the year.

  • Denizen has a private prep space for your caterers. No onsite cooking is allowed. Your caterer should come with ready to serve food.

  • Yes. We offer full service design, setup and planning for your holiday party.

  • No. Denizen holds the liquor license for our property and is the sole provider of alcohol and beverages. Need something special? No problem. Part of what we offer is flexibility and customization.
