Vision Meeting — We sit down early to talk design, colors, and the overall feel of your day. This is where your mood board is born.
6-Month Meeting — We revisit the plan together: timeline, logistics, and any decisions that still need to land.
1-Month Meeting — We finalize everything: timeline, floor plan, and final details of the day.
Day-of Coordination — Included with every rental. We're onsite from setup through final toast, managing vendors, timing, and any curveballs, so you can actually be present.

You don't have to build your event from scratch or hire ten different vendors. Denizen works in partnership with Adorn Event Company to create custom event designs that work beautifully in the space, so you have less to worry about and more to look forward to.
Vendor Flexibility + Support
Your vendors, your call, with a little help where you want it.
You’re welcome to bring your own planner, caterer, or decorator, or lean on ours – we've done some of the legwork for you. Our Catering Guide has real pricing on a dozen trusted caterers, and our Preferred Vendors list covers everything else: photographers, florists, planners, and more.
However you build your team, we're with you throughout planning, answering questions, coordinating with your vendors as they arrive, and keeping the day moving.

Rooted in this neighborhood, and in doing things right.
Denizen is woman-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, and locally owned — built by people who live blocks from the venue and are invested in this community. That includes our neighbor right across the street: Washington Park, 128 acres of historic Olmsted-designed green space, with 150 free parking spots for your guests and one of our favorite backdrops for wedding-day photos. We didn't end up by chance. Being part of this neighborhood, and investing in it, is part of why Denizen exists at all.
After your Event
The relationship doesn't end when the lights come up.
Once the last guest leaves, we're still here making sure you have the your items gathered and the last piece of cake. We want you to soak up those last moments. A lot of what we've built here comes from deep hospitality roots. We promise support every step of the way.
