No mystery pricing. No 125-person minimum. No required caterer. Just a beautiful wedding built around the people you actually want there. Our indoor and outdoor spaces, included services (coordination, planning assistance, design services), tables and chairs start around $4,500 for a peak Saturday. Your bar package is totally up to you, with a $1,000 minimum and a typical wedding package of around $30 per person. We see most of our weddings to fall somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000.

Yes! Right across the street is Washington Park with 150 free parking spots, just steps from our door (it’s also one of our favorite backdrops for wedding photos!). We also have street parking on both sides of the venue.

Weddings have all-day access starting as early as 9am. Confirm your exact arrival time with us beforehand so everything's ready when you get here.

One of the biggest perks of a boutique space like Denizen is Day of Coordination. We truly handle your vendors as they enter the space, manage your timeline and keep things flowing smoothly. We are also responsible for the bar and bar service, maintaining the space and guest experience from the moment they step into Denizen.

One thing we pride ourselves in - you are never alone! Ceremonies can move indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate. We talk through what is important to you, how you want your indoor ceremony to look and, as always, support your vision for any set up! Our experience and expertise give us flexibility to move when and where you need us to.

We do have a small prep area for caterers. The space provides tables and outlets for warmers and equipment. We do not provide any equipment for the caterers. The prep space has a private entrance.

Full service may not fit every budget, but many of our caterers offer partial service too, which is a great option for a more casual vibe. Yes! Whether it's a planner, caterer, or decorator, you're always welcome to bring your own team. We’ve curated a preferred vendors list to help you get started.

Yes — the one thing we can't change is your date. Bar packages, guest counts, and setup details can all be adjusted as we meet and finalize your event. If something impacts your date, we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule once, without fees, within a reasonable timeframe (up to 60 days prior).

Not after it's given — your count is due 10 days before your event, since that's when we place orders for linens and alcohol and finalize staffing.

We typically set up hair and makeup on the first floor. The Den is in our lower level and completely private to you and your wedding party and is used during your event for storage and a secret hang out spot!

It’s up to you! Denizen manages vendors, your timeline, and day-of problem-solving, which is plenty of support for clients who want a hands-on experience. If wedding planning feels overwhelming, we're happy to point you toward a few planners we love.

If fewer guests arrive, we're not able to adjust orders or linens already delivered. If more guests arrive than planned, any per-person items on your invoice will be adjusted and billed before the end of your event.

Yes! Your ceremony includes an hour for rehearsal and our Day of Coordination includes running the show - even for your rehearsal.

Yes! We love micro weddings and elopements. If you review our wedding packages and they are not the right fit for you, reach back out and tell us what you’re looking for! We understand elopements and micro weddings may not be looking for a full day rental, hands on expertise or even a traditional ceremony. Let us know so we can work together to find a perfect fit!
