What else do you need to know?
We have a $1,000 bar minimum. As a boutique event space, we allow our clients to build a day that meets their vision. For some, this means no alcohol. Don’t worry, we create custom mocktails to keep an elegant, elevated feel for your event.
Linens are rented through us. We have a few linen providers that offer a variety of pricing, colors (over 40 to choose from), and prints.
We have an 20% service charge over bar packages and any other rentals. The room rental does not incur a service charge.
Friday and Saturday events end at 11pm. Sunday throughThursday events end at 10pm
Our catering list is open, but we do have a preferred vendor list to help you get started. We require a full service caterer for your wedding day. Full service means they provide staffing, plates and utensils, equipment and water service. Food trucks and non-traditional concepts are also allowed, but will require a conversation with us and may have additional fees associated with their service needs.
