43rd+Vliet: Denizen MKE, Washington Park Media Center, JazzyRae’ Jewels and Accessories, and Artists Working in Education (AWE) transform our indoor and outdoor spaces into lively artistic hubs showcasing performances, installations, media-making, refreshments and activities with local creatives. These events celebrate the neighborhood’s cultural diversity while fostering vibrant street life along Vliet Street.
In addition to our creative activities from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for the West Vliet Street Art Walk, Rooted and Rising will host a Big Clean MKE Spring clean-up on West Vliet Street with our neighboring businesses from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, starting and ending at Denizen MKE, 4227 West Vliet Street.
