    Access to the space starting 1.5 hours before your event. If additional set up hours are needed, it is $100 per hour.

What else do you need to know?

  • There is no bar minimum. As a boutique event space, we allow our clients to build a day that meets their vision. We offer flexible bar options for your social or corporate event.

  • Linens are rented through us. We have a few linen providers that offer a variety of pricing, colors (over 40 to choose from), and prints. We do not allow guests to bring in linens on their own unless rented through an approved linen company.

  • We have an 18% service charge over room rental, bar packages and any other rentals.

  • Our catering list is open, but we do have a preferred vendor list to help you get started. We are also an eco friendly venue. This means no single use plastics including glitter, confetti, loose floral petals, etc.

  • We offer decor and design as an additional service to your rental. You may work with another designer or decorator of your choice.

  • Day of Contact to help assist you with vendors and timeline management.

  • You will arrive the day of to tables and chairs set with your custom linens. Clean up is simple - take the items you wish to keep (think centerpieces, gifts, etc) - we handle the rest!
