What else do you need to know?
There is a $1,000 minimum at the bar. As a boutique event space, we allow our clients to build a day that meets their vision offering flexible bar options for your social or corporate event.
Linens are rented through us. We have a few linen providers that offer a variety of pricing, colors (over 40 to choose from), and prints. We do not allow guests to bring in linens on their own unless rented through an approved linen company.
We have a 20% service charge over bar packages and any other rentals.
Friday and Saturday events end at 11pm. Sunday through Thursday events end at 10pm.
Our catering list is open, but we do have a preferred vendor list to help you get started. We are also an eco friendly venue. This means no single use plastics including glitter, confetti, loose floral petals, etc.
We offer decor and design as an additional service to your rental. You may work with another designer or decorator of your choice.

You will arrive the day of to tables and chairs set with your custom linens. Clean up is simple - take the items you wish to keep (think centerpieces, gifts, etc) - we handle the rest!
