Basic Event Management through first dances

DENIZEN DAY OF COORDINATION/SETUP
3-6 Month Planning Meeting: Discuss & build your day from guest arrival to the end of the night
1 Month Final Meeting: Review all details, vendors, timelines, etc.
Assistance with Rehearsal for onsite ceremonies only

Complete Setup of Denizen including décor, display tables, table numbers, place cards, linens, etc
Meeting with Photographer on site to tour the park
On-site Coordination from setup to first dances

DENIZEN DAY OF/SETUP/CLEANUP
3-6 Month Planning Meeting: Discuss & build your timeline from guest arrival to the end of the night with unlimited emails/phone calls throughout planning from 6 months on
1 Month Final Meeting: Review all details, vendors, timelines, etc.
Assistance with Rehearsal for onsite ceremonies only
Complete Setup of Denizen including décor, display tables, table numbers, place cards, linens, etc.
On-site Coordination from setup to first dances
Check in with vendors the week of to ensure timelines and setup are communicated and ready for your night
Assistance with gathering of centerpieces, personal items, and cleanup at the end of the night
