Staffing and Miscellaneous Info
Bartenders are staffed according to your timeframe and guest count and are $35 per hour plus a flat $50 gratuity.
We do not have a service charge or setup fee.




What else do you need to know?
Any time 1903 Tavern is open, bartenders will be staffed at $35 per hour per bartender. For your event, we will have 1-3 bartenders staffed based on your guest count and event times.
Beverages sales are finalized 1-2 weeks prior to your event. Once final numbers are given, you will be sent a final invoice. There are no reimbursements for unused tickets or for a smaller guest count than anticipated.
If you do not hit your bar minimum, a card will be kept on file to be charged the remaining amount after your event concludes. We are not able to sell alcohol for take-out.
Our staff arrives 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Please review your proposal for a timeline. Let us know any changes or updates you have throughout planning.
You are not responsible for any service or cleanup at the bar. Denizen staff manages the entire service, setup and cleanup at the Tavern. You are responsible for all items outside of the tavern, as the Davidson Park policy states.
Carry in alcoholic beverages are not allowed at Davidson Park.
